2.Sawdust Rotary Dryer Machine :

3.Sawdust briquette machine :

Briquetting is a process during which raw materials are compressed under high pressure and high temperature. After the processing of drying and pressing, the briquette is characterized by high density, small in size, better combustion, capable as the substitute for the superior coal or firewood.

4.Final Product:
This bio-fuel briquette is 50-80mm in diameter, occurs in the hollow quadrangular or hexagonal cylinder or hollow hexagonal with a 15-20mm hole through the body.

The working principle of the wood carbonization furnace is : put the raw material in the inner stoves, seal the door, then heating the bottom of inner stoves by setting fire at the heating room(under the furnace). The raw material in the inner stove will come to the drying procedure(100-280 centi-degree), and then carbonization procedure(280-400 centi-degree). When it rise to the temperation starting carbonization procedure, connect the gas recycling pipe, leading the exhaust gas returning to the heating room to burn as fuel, heating the inner stove.
