1. Brief introduction of wood sawdust briquette firewood making
machine
1). Briquette Machine can make stick shape wood briquette of
different diameter and different shape from agriculture and forest
wastes.
2). This wood sawdust briquette firewood making machine designed
with automatic temperature control system, it can produce high
density wood briquette from biomass. The motor can be
11kw/15kw/18.5kw-3phase-380v/220v/450v-50hz electrical driven
motor. This machine can be operated 16 hours per day. The extruded
wood briquette can be used as fuel for briquetteboilers or boilers
for heating.
Please note: during briquetting process, there will be some smoke
from the briquette machine that have to be expel to atmosphere.

newly developed charcoal briquette machine can be used as charcoal
powder shaping machine by replacement of some spare parts.
Work flow of sawdust briquette charcoal machine:
1) Wood crusher: Wood crusher is used to crush straw, leaves, fruit
shell, tree branches,
wood sawdust, wood chips, etc. into fine powder whose dimension
less than 3mm.
2) Dryer: Dry biomass powder to make sure the powder's humidity
less than 12%.
3) Wood briquette machine: Use screw biomass briquette machine to
shape biomass
powder into briquettes.
4) Carbonization furnace: If you want to make briquette charcoal ,
we need carbonization
furnace to burn biomass briquettes into charcoal briquettes.
About packaging, we can offer free fumigation wooden case with steel frame, which
is very
strong, not only can protect machine from damage, but also avoid
checking when exporting.
For multiple machines, or production line, it's better to loaded in
standard container 20GP,
40GP, usually it needs wrapped with plasitc firstly, then loaded in
container.
About shipping, we can offer EXW, FOB and CIF terms.
EXW: We offer machines to you, and you arrange the shipping details
by yourself.
FOB: We arrange freight transport to Qingdao, Shanghai or other
ports of China, then you
arrange the shipping details from China port to your country port.
CIF: We arrange shipping details to your country port, and ensure
