till water content is within 12%; through high temperature, high
pressure of molding (do not add any additives) of the bar machine
to the process of carbonization of coking furnace, then finished
product of charcoal formed.

1. Dry the material by drying machine or dried it in the sun, till
the moisture is less than 12%.
2. Put the material into the feeding port of wood Briquette
Machine.

shell, peanut shell, corn stalk, straw, bamboo, cotton stalk,
coconut shell, olive, furfural dregs, bagasse, corncob, corn stalk,
shurbs, and any other agricultural waste.
1.Size:smaller than 5mm , if the material can not achieve the
requirement, it should be crush first.
2.Moisture :8%-12%,If raw material has high moisture it should be
reduced by Sun drying or using flash drier.
When begin to work,the heating circle heat the machine,then wood
briqutte machine can press sawdust without any binder, sawdust
pressed by high temperature and high pressure , then the screw
press sawust forward,extrusion into a rod-shaped solid rod with
center hole.
